Anyone else see

I hear that it was one of the hits of the 2005 NEW YORK MUSIC THEATRE FESTIVAL. There were a couple of articles about it here at BWW.com:
https://www.broadwayworld.com/viewcolumn.cfm?colid=5029
Now it's playing in Los Angeles with just one more weekend left in its run.
I saw it last Saturday night and thought it was (along with The Break Up Notebook) the cleverest and funniest musical I've seen in in a long time, with a very catchy score, and excellent performances by Kevin Earley, Heather Marie Marsden (who did the delightful choreography), Stephen Berethaupt, and the sensational Ali Spuck. Todd Fournier gives the best supporting performance in a musical I've seen this past year.
All but Spuck were part of the New York Musical Theater Festival production last September.
It's LA Times Recommended: “thoroughly entertaining” “boffo potential.”
I know I sound like a shill for the show, but I'm just a recent fan, someone who thinks it's a musical we'll be hearing from in months/years to come in the same way that Rocky Horror has become part of our theatrical vocabulary. (I wish I'd caught it earlier in its run.)
They're offering 2 for 1 tickets (regular ticket price is $30) and the reservation line is 310-827-5232. It's at the Write Act Theater in Hollywood, just off Hollywood Blvd at Gower, and parking is FREE.
Here's a review in LA Splash:

The producers told me that a couple of theaters in New York are interested. It really see its potential to be an off-Broadway hit. If there were a cast album, it'd be in my car stereo right now. Great tunes!

Well, I did and absolutely loved it. :) But you already know that. re: Anyone else see I've seen it a total of three times and Saturday night was - BY FAR - their strongest performance. The show had a great score (especially the catchy "Fifties Kind of Guy" - I agree FeelingElectric - and "Awful Funny") and VERY talented performers. I certainly hope that the show gets another life in another venue after it closes at the Write Act. :)

If anyone is interested, I have more production photos on Kevin's website here:
