I went to the show this week and a little boy asked her when she would leave and she said "When the winds change" oh wait... that was part of the script I think. :)

I wish I knew as well... I can tell you she is truly fantastic in the role, and one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. I was also blown away by Jeff Binder's performance of Mr. Banks, I had liked him in Lion King but he takes Mr. Banks to a whole new level that I have never seen before in this role.

Also... how do we know her contract is up soon? This was never advertised as a "Limited Engagement" so I'm not sure why she may not be staying for a year like Scarlett did. I'm not saying she is of course... just saying is it not possible?

When it was first reported that she would be joining the Broadway cast, it said that she would be appearing in the production only for a limited engagement.

"She will begin performances on October 12 for a limited engagement."

It's weird that no one is willing to say.. I'm sure SOMEONE on here knows what's going on. Obviously a show does not just replace a lead without rehearsals... if a new Mary is flying in soon, she must be in rehearsals.

I'm starting to beleive (and hope) she'll be here for a year as was Scarlett... until I hear otherwise.

Kelly's not going anywhere.

She re-signed her contract through October, with an "out" for another project she's been part of in London should it come to fruition.

A former British Mary is stateside at the mo, and I THINK will be reprising her role, but im not sure where or when.

I'm pretty sure she'll be replacing Ashley Brown on the tour, who leaves after the Los Angeles engagement (along with Gavin Lee).

I'm glad Kelly is staying awhile. I wanted to see her, and I'm glad I had more time than I thought I did!

Unfortunately, Jeff Binder and Rebecca Luker are most likely still leaving in Feb. (unless something has changed)... they were FANTASTIC last time I saw. Such is life...
