....going to see Next to Normal at 3pm tomorrow (Sunday 3/9)???

I am going...and I am so excited! I just bought a youth ticket like 10 mins ago, and needed to let my excitement out somewhere!!! haha....

ANyone who has seen it got anything I should know/expect?

Just be open and ENJOY it!!! You'll get to see it with fabulous brand new changes!! :) Anything else would really spoil it.

yayy, I love hearing that people are going to see the show!

hehe

very, very unfortunately I have absolutely no way of getting to the city again in time to see it before it closes

but *continues praying for an open 2009 run*

anyway, as far as what to expect: ummm, I really think this show is best if you go in knowing as little about it as possible. So just go, take it in, and enjoy!! oh, and when you get back, write a review! I'd love to read it!

I don't need a life that's normal. That's way too far away. But something next to normal would be okay. Something next to normal is what I'd like to try. Close enough to normal to get by.

Definitely what liverpool says. They are spectacular. The whole cast is, but Alice and Brian are just fantastic.

wow- you guys are quick!!!

I am so excited!!! I will totally write a review when I get a chance- I am also going to see RENT tomorrow night...My Dad has never seen it an he is meeting me up in NYC in the evening....so it's going to be a great day!!!

They did. I put up a review with the changes. :) It's SOOOO much better and tighter now. (And really a WTF?!?!? moment for the audience. Alice said the look on the collective audience's face at one of the new moments was priceless.)

OOH TDF just added 3 new performances including the 14th and 15th, i wonder if the 16th will show up. I'd love to be able to go to the closing without having to risk rushing. and at only 26 bucks its even better than the youth tickets.

It's hard to tell exactly how many seats they have left... Just randomly looking, I found a single on the little side row A and 4 together row L. I splurged and paid full price for that one the day they extended just so I could make sure I was there. It was a stretch, but worth it to me.
