Went back to see the matinee of " American Buffalo " yesterday. it has really come
together since the first preview I saw. Those 3 guys are totally fantastic together.
This show is absolutely a MUST SEE, I feel it is the very best of David Mamet.
We saw it today. The movie did nothing for us at all. I liked it better than Mrs R. I liked Spped better but still enjoyed this.
Osment did not have much to do but was OK with what he had. Cedric was quite good but the show belonged to Leguizamo. He made the part better than it was written. He also made it a much better show all around.
This may the first time in Tony history when a playwright is up for 2 Tony Revival awards in the same year for a straight play.
Afterwood, we went to the Brooklyn Diner & I had their Mac & Cheese which did not disappoint. It brought back fond memories of Mac & Cheese from the Automat - it was that good.

How did Mrs R like it?

Wow Mr. Roxy that would really be exciting having two shows nominated for
a Tony at the same time!
My vote would be for " Buffalo "
Mine would be for Speed.

I would go for Speed-the-Plow as well.

I'd go for Speed-the-Plow as well. Not that it really matters.
I want to know how many years ago you had mac and cheese at an automat!
I want to know what "afterwood" is, Roxy? Not that I want to be a spelling nazi or anything, but...(afterwards)?
