chinkie - yes, Annaleigh is still doing Wicked in Chicago 'til it closes (Jan. 25th, I believe). I think she is not only doing this workshop but is actually going to pursue auditioning for the role too once that whole process starts, but I don't really know.

ljay - And isn't Bebe already signed on to do the show when it opens? So she should definitely be doing it.

I have a feeling Annaleigh is going to be great. She probably has some of the best comedic timing I've ever seen.

everyone is so used to Annaleigh playing upbeat happy characters but i think it's just something different and she'll be great

poor Ashford - the girl plays 2 upbeat blondes and suddenly she's not allowed to play a anything else? She's an actor people!

She'll probably do great, but her casting is still interesting for me due to age. I'm glad she's doing this but I really really hope she sticks with Catch Me If You Can.

I thought she was bumped from CMIYC and there were other people in the works for that part?

It's amazing to me, how easy it is for actors to get out of contracts. I mean, she can just fly to NYC for a week to do a workshop?
