I have a question , I collect playbills , and i wanted to get one for if then , i can't afford to see it, if I went to the box office and asked would they give me one ?

Just time your arrival to coincide with the crowd exiting the theater at the end. Work your way in and if anyone asks just say you might have left your cap at your seat. There are Playbills all over the place.
I was in NYC in late June and early July and went to several theaters and asked for playbills. I got them from most of the box offices. they were all very nice even if they didnt have any. I actually saw If/Then so that wasnt one of them. I saw 11 shows on my trip but got an addional 8 playbills.
As you are walking out, just bend down and pick them up as they are always near the aisle seats in the last row .
