Forgive me if this has been asked before - I checked prior threads but couldn't seem to find any answers.Â
I purchased an AR ticket for Network that I can no longer use. I'm wondering if anyone knows what my odds are of AR being willing to switch the date for me, or offer me a points/cash refund? It was the 7,000 points + $84 VIP reward, and I'm really hoping I can rearrange things to make this work out.
If not, would anyone potentially want to work out some sort of ticket swap? My ticket is for Saturday, Jan. 12, 7:00 P.M., in the center orchestra.Â
Thanks for any advice!

For phone redemptions, Audience Rewards will tell you where your seats are before you buy them. Just call them and ask.

I usually do it the other way around. I go find the seat I want (regular priced seats only, of course), and then tell them to book that one.

Some will be stern and tell you what seat you get, but if its in the price range, look at the seat map for the date and decide what seat you want and ask for it. If its orchestra and front mezzanine, its most likely the top non-premium price.
