Audience Rewards Points Requests

Hi, I was just wondering that anyone who has won a lottery before has tried to put in a request through Audience Rewards to get point for their purchase. I recently won a lotto and it asks for the order number but since I picked up my ticket at the box office, I didn't get one nor do I see one on my ticket. If anyone could help that'd be great. I'm gonna try to contact Audience Rewards directly but I just wanted to see if anyone has had a similar experience.

You unfortunately can't get points for lottery wins. Only direct purchases through Telecharge, etc. that provide an order number.

It seems like Lucky Seat lotteries, since they give you a code and let you pick your own swat, allow you to get points. I joined when it prompted me to put in my membership number when I bought my Kinky Boots lottery ticket. But not for other lotteries.
