Audience capacity at HERE LIES LOVE

Does anybody know what the total capacity is for audience members at HERE LIES LOVE?How many are on the floor and how many are up in the seats?

In the NY Times blog, it said the total capacity was 160, but not sure of the floor/seats breakdown. Probably like 120/40, I would guess? I was surprised how intimate the space/show was.

I happened to ask one of the ushers that question this week--she said 140 on the floor and she thought 20-30 in the balcony.
