My middle school is doing a production of Once On This Island Jr. and I am really looking forward to trying out for the role of Erzulie. My problem is that I can't seem to find an audition song! I can hit an alto range fairly well but can't go very low but I CAN go really high.

Last Year, I did my school's show where we did Alice in Wonderland Jr. and I was the role of Alice and for my audition I sang Don't Rain On My Parade that I can sing really well. This year I cant to keep a good part and that is truly my dream role so please help!

I would maybe try "Stranger To The Rain" from Children of Eden. Similar feel, could show off your range. Good luck!
