Hello all, I recently joined this community and was wondering if anyone knows a few dark, scary, or normal audition songs that a Baritone could sing without alot of trouble. I need 2 songs for my audition and my first song is Halloween from RENT, and since Halloween isn't a fast song, I'd like to know of some uptempo Baritone songs. Thank you in advance.

I'm not sure of the title, but "No place like London" from Sweeny Todd is definitley "dark and scarey" as is Judge Turpin's song about Johanna that was cut from the prodction. Sorry I couldn't remember the title of the songs!

I'm still filtering all the Baritone songs I found in the first thread posted by LePetiteFromage.(Your name is little cheese? Sorry if my french is bad.)
As for the 2 songs BGillis posted, they are definitely under consideration since they do have a very dark theme to them and since my audition is to be a singer for FreightFest.
