ECC and EPA are both Equity Auditions
ECC - Equity Chorus Call
Auditions for Ensemble Roles (Chorus is kind of an outdated term)
EPA - Equity Principal Auditions
Auditions for Principal Roles (which is really any character that has a name and speaking lines and/or solos in the show).
You generally need to be equity to audition, though, there is always a signup for non-equity performers, but they have no obligation to get to them.

From the Equity website.
There are several ways to join. You can be signed to an Equity contract by a producer, you can join by virtue of prior membership in one of our sister unions (the 4As), or you can earn eligibility by completing the Equity Membership Candidate program.
