Hope this isn't a stupid question, but for EPAs held at the AEA audition center, are only AEA members allowed to attend those calls? I know, as a non-eq performer, I've sat around at some EPAs at various studios across the city and been seen as time permits - is that the same at the AEA Audition Center?
I should be EMC by the time that this audition comes up anyway, but I am not positive all the paperwork will have gone through yet.
Thanks for your help:)

If you go to the Equity building to file your EMC paperwork, you can get your card that day. Then, being EMC, you'll be allowed to wait inside, use the bathroom, etc.
I believe the building opens at 9, but there's usually a line outside by 8am for most big calls.

Posted: 7/15/09 at 8:24amThe building actually opens at 8, because most sign ups have to start at 8:30. People start lining up as early as 6, but depending on how big the call is, that line could go all the way down the block or stay pretty small. Most of the time, AEA members show up closer to the start of the call.
