August run time?

This may be a stupid question, but I'm just a little confused -

So broadway.com says that it runs 3 hours and 20 minutes with two intermissions.

So does that time include the intermissions, or would it be more like 3 hrs and 50 minutes?

Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The intermissions make up the 20 minutes. Each act is an hour, give or take.
