Why isn't Avenue Q one of the top 5 grossing shows? I thought it was a high selling show? It is usually in the highest percentile yet not in the highest grossing----Is it a small theater? (I haven't seen it yet----going in November)

the Golden only seats about 800 people.. it will NEVER be a top grosser when you have theatres seating 1800+

Yes, the Golden Theatre is a smaller theatre, as opposed to the Gershwin or the Imperial.

A little swash, a bit of buckle - you'll love it more than bread.

ok i have a question, i haven't seen the show so don't yell at me if this is stupid lol if rod is gay then why does he have a girlfriend in canada? is he bi?

It's like the classic excuse. Also listen to when he messes up and says he'll visit her in Alberta instead of Vancouver.
