Avenue Q/New World Rush Policy?

So I know they are going to have a rush but does anyone know when it will go on sale? It doesn't say on the site if it will be when the BO opens or 2 hours before. Anyone know? I'm trying to catch the first preview tomorrow but I have school and can't get there until about 3:45.
