Avenue Q Seating...PLEASE ANSWER :)

Im seeing Avenue Q and sitting somewhere inthe Rear Mezannine. Lets say, last row. Okey, for anyone who would know, how are the seats back there? Do you need binoculars?
Thanks!
And the other thing about the Phantom Lady was, Bert, she realized, in the city that never sleeps... What did she realize, Kitten? That all the songs she'd listened to, all the love songs, that they were only songs. What's wrong with that? Nothing, if you don't believe in them. But she did, you see. She believed in enchanted evenings, and she believed that a small cloud passed overhead and cried down on a flower bed, and she even believed there was breakfast to be had... Where? On Pluto. The mysterious, icy wastes of Pluto.

I sat up there and thought it was just fine. I didn't have binoculars, and didn't wish I had binoculars. *shrug*

The Golden is one of the smallest Broadway houses and last row Mezz is not what you will expect it to be. In fact, the view is quite good from the Mezz no matter where you sit, I know, I've sat all over that theatre. It's a fine view and binoculars would be a waste of space and something useless to carry.

I sat second to last row of the Ford Center when I saw 42nd street...still not a bad view at all...but binoculars would have been a tiny bit useful there. Not at Avenue Q.

Can you see facial expressions and puppet expressions from the last rows?

Yes...it's a great show, you'll have a great time...and see everything!

P.S. I hope you have an aisle seat.

you can see anything. When I saw Avenue Q, I had the middle of rear mezzanine and saw EVERYTHING perfectly. I had about 8th to last row so I'm sure 8 rows back wont be horrible

I'm not sure where I'm sitting yet, but I think I have somewhere in the middle though....
What's the benefit for an aisle? I *might* have one

Ooh, I'm guessing the cast goes down the aisle or something? Ahh, I'm just lucky enough to see it :)

In La Cage Aux Folles, now if you have an aisle, you're really lucky!! And first row!!!

WickedIsLife there are benefits of having an aisle in the mezzanine too. Members of the cast come up the aisles in the mezz too, although I was trying to keep that a surprise for GirlForTartaglia.

And B-a-r-r-e-t-t Foa is my life!
