Did Avenue Q do some kind of rush/lottery in Melbourne? Can we expect this here?

Give me claws and a hunch, just away from this bunch.

Hahaha - there aren't that many people visiting this site yet, so funny to find a double-up thread already :)

I must be blind, but I can't see any info in the other thread RE: Rush/Lotto?

You're not blind. I think AlterEgo was suggesting you write on the Avenue Q Melbourne post just to keep all the Avenue Q stuff in one thread. However, as you're posting about the Sydney production, you're justified in starting a new thread.

The Ticket prices are so cheap a Lotto would be unnecessary. Got A reserve (student) tickets for a couple of tuesdays ahead; I hope the show doesn't close early :P.

Hypothetically, if it was, would we get warning so I can change my ticket earlier?

What are the Sydney prices? In Melbourne the ticket prices were high and there was some resistance however once the ticket price was reduced to $44.90 it started to sell quite well. Hopefully the producers learnt their lesson.

I think I got $44.90 for a student, the adult prices are about 60-70. It depends what day though.
