Avenue Q tour Review

Last Night I saw Avenue Q I LOVED it:

Kate/Lucy(Carey Anderson)-The stand out I thought she had an amazing voice and had a good chemistry with Princeton. I have the album I thought she had a better voice than the original. She also was a great actress.

Nickie/Trekkie/Bear/Others(David Benoit)-So funny his voice was OK but his acting was great. Amazing Comedic timing.

Christmas Eve(Sala Iwamatsu)-She was good at acting and a good singer. She fit the role but I felt she did not have good chemistry with Brain.

Mrs. T/Bear/Others(Maggie Lakis)-Just Ok nothing really good I did not think she danced well and I think she almost dropped a puppet once.

Rod/Princeton(Robert McClure)-Was amazing. Voice and acting. His Rod was so good knew he was gay to start and then Princeton was the straightest person ever and he had amazing chemistry with Kate and Lucy. Second favorite.

Brian(Cole Porter)- Just OK all around. I wanted him and the guy playing Trekkie to switch.

Gary Coleman(Danielle K. Thomas)-I am not going to lie I was hoping Zonya Love would go on, I loved her color purple. I did not like her. Not a great voice not really believable and she needs to be recasted.
