BAM Harvey Balcony

I've never been in the balcony at BAM Harvey before.

Curious if anyone could share recent experiences sitting in the balcony. 

I found a thread from 2015 mentioning it was poor, but also mentioned some renovations.

The Harvey balcony has a bit of a reputation for being terrible. The main complaints seem to be the lack leg room, and the fact that it feels very high up and distant from the stage.

However, I’ve sat in that balcony twice I think, and personally I didn’t find it to be as bad as all that. It’s not great, but for $35-$40 I found it perfectly adequate. Especially if you’re sitting toward the front of the balcony.

I haven’t been in the balcony since the renovation, so I’m not sure if it was affected. When I went to see Barber Shop Chronicles last week, it seemed like the lobby was the only major renovation. The theatre looked the same to me, but again, I didn’t see the balcony.

Thanks so much JBroadway. I think I'll risk it & aim for the front balcony as you suggest.
