I've heard a couple of these and they can be really fun:
A CHORUS LINE w/ Donna Machenie (sp?)
CAROUSEL w/ Mandy Patinkin
MAME w/ Julia Mechenzie (sp?)
They do the complete show.
Have they ever been broadcast here in the US?
Sad to think that the Brits have a stronger appreciation of the American Musical theatre than we Yanks.

They do not have North Amreican rights so they do not broadcast here. If you can find it on one of "those" sites, you might look to download the Royal Performance for 2005 (or 06?) because it has an amazing performance of "Sit Down You're Rockin' the Boat" with the British cast (Ewan not in it). The guy playing Nicely Nicely is amazing.
Also, when I was over there I had some BBC kids telethon on and they had the entire cast and orchestra from "Mary Poppins" performing 3 numbers more than two weeks BEFORE opening night. The "Supercalifrag...." number was "expialidocious!" You'll love Borne's choreography.
