I don't believe it was - it was shown in Dec 1995 but don't think it ever had a commericial release, though there was a book of the same name ('The House' - now unavailable) published by the BBC to accompany the series.
EDIT: the book is available in the 'used and new' section of amazon.co.uk

And his wife is a flat out thief. She stole a hat from one of her costumes here in LA last year.
She was asked to return it and she said, "Already packed in my luggage" and blew a kiss (off) to the Wardrobe Supervisor.
They think FAR too much of themselves.
