BIZZARREEEEE MONOLOGUE QUESTION PLEASE HELP!

This question is vague and I apologize. I remember a while ago someone at a theatre conference performed a monologue that described what i remember as "head cheese" "vampires" "eating a person's head" and I thought it was Bogosian from Pounding my head but it doesn't look like its from that.....I realize you all probably think I'm touched but if anyone has any info on this that'd be GREAT
