BWW Seeking Interns

BroadwayWorld.com, the largest theatre site on the net is seeking interns to work with the News Editor at the News Desk this year. Applicants should be industry enthusiasts and have an interest in learning about news editing and website content management. No experience is necessary --we'll teach you everything-- although excellent writing skills is essential. Applicants must also be able to multi-task and write quickly.


Responsibilities include assisting with the editing and posting of press release stories, with opportunities to draft more involved pieces.

The position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely for your convenience. Applicants both in and outside of New York City are encouraged to apply. This is an unpaid internship, but if you are seeking training in the most important professional medium, while making contacts and being able to immerse yourself in the front lines of the goings-on in the theater/entertainment world, then the experience will be invaluable.
