BWW TV Content Blocking Due to Country Error Fix?

One of the videos on BWW TV thinks I am in a foreign country and is blocking access so I can't see or hear the content.

I have visited that country but I am home in NYC now.

Is there any fix for this? Is there a server address storage somewhere such that I can delete the old foreign server's address from my computer somewhere to solve the problem?

I'm on a PC, Windows XP.

What video? We don't have country limits on our videos, but if we're embedding something from a 3rd party source as a stage tube -- it might. I'd clear your browser's cache and cookies though perhaps.

Yes, Rob, it is a 3rd party source so that is likely what is going on, Rob. Nothing to do with cache or cookies as those are deleted at the end of every session. It adds a quote about issues with the copyright laws in that country so I'll send you the details.
