I've yet to get through the entire thing because my internet connection is fickle and disconnects every five seconds.

Is there a way I can download it completely? Because when I lose connection, it doesn't start from where it stopped, but starts over again.

I can only listen to Carole so many times.

Yeah, unfortunately BWW videos always stop prematurely for me too. This lastest lasted about a mintue-and-a-half.
