what is this show about? is it a good show for a high school to do? what parts are there for boys? my school is doing it in april and i just want to get prepared

It's an excellent show for high school kids because it's about a bunch of high school kids that have to survive after their parents "go on tour."
The music is very "old fashioned" theater (i.e. no Rent, Wicked).
The boys parts are the typical theater types:
romantic lead
song and dance man
comic character role
If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
