Back from NYC with reviews and pics!

Hey everyone! I'm back from my NYC Jaunt, and I had such a great time. (My first trip to NYC!~) For those of you who might have been interested, my Hairspray audition went pretty well. I also saw The Phantom of the Opera and Brooklyn. I wrote reviews of both shows, and I've also posted Brooklyn stagedoor pics along with the countless B'way marquee photos I took on my self-indulgent technicolor personal website. If you want to check them out, feel free. I haven't figured out how to post pics on this site yet. :)

Glad you had fun (good luck with Hairspray).

If it matters at all to you, It is John Cudia not John Cudin. :)

As for Brooklyn - it isn't my cup of tea. But the performers are very strong vocally (although Eden sounds like she is screaming at times - I won't get into that). Out of all 5 I think Kevin has the least to work with song wise etc (Christmas makes me Cry was the cheesiest thing I have ever heard.) Ok I will stop before I go any farhter.

Again I am glad your first trip to the city was enjoyable.
I want to write music. I want to sit down right now at my piano and write a song that people will listen to and remember and do the same thing every morning...for the rest of my life. - Jonathan Larson. Tick, Tick...BOOM!

Yes, I saw Eden, and she did sign at the stage door, but all the pics I thought I had of her were really of the backs of people's heads, so I didn't bother posting them.

TGIF, thanks for the headsup. I could have sworn I typed Cudia. Oh well, stupid websites.

Glad everyone's enjoying the pics! I happen to love marquees.
