Backstage West audition-Les Miserables:School Edition questions

There is an audition notice I cannot open on the Backstage West website because I do not have a subscription. I'd really like to audition, but need the info first.

If anyone has the info, please post it.

And do any of you think I should audition for Gavroche? I'm 12 years old and a female...would they accept me?

All right, enough of the nervousness....and I can't get the issue yet until I go to a book store...I want to find out info ASAP.

If you have short hair, and sound/look kind of like a boy, they MIGHT let you be Gavrouche, however, it's not very likely. What about Young Cosette? If this is a school production you'd have a better chance, but if not, I'd stick with the female parts. Just my humble opinion.

If I cut it short, then maybe they'll take me. But for now, my hair is a bit beyond shoulder length. And I'm kind of on the chubby side, so no Young Cosette.

Don't worry about the hair so much since Gavroche almost always wears a hat.
