A few weeks ago, I had an issue at a performance at a Shubert-owned venue that still doesn’t sit right with me. I’m seeking guidance from the board on my next steps, as it raised concerns about accessibility and accommodating a disabled guest. This experience, left me, feeling humiliated and discriminated against.Does anyone have a contact at Shubert to whom I can voice my concerns? I reached out to the audience services desk and received a canned response that didn’t adequately address the issue, and the solution offered felt dismissive. Before sharing my story publicly, I’d prefer to give a higher-up the opportunity to resolve the situation.
