Can anyone tell me if the backs of the seats in the Barrymore go all the way to the floor? In other words can you stretch your legs under the seat in front of you?

I'm assuming you mean in the orchestra. I recall the seats at the Barrymore were much like similar Shubert theaters of the period (Schoenfeld, Jacobs) with toe room beneath the seat in front of you.
I think that the Richard Rodgers is the only theater on Broadway with raked orchestra seats - although the Beaumont at Lincoln Center has some weird seats.
