Anyone know of a place to buy online for cheap? Say, under $20?

Amazon.com and Half.com don't even have it listed. Since it's still an import I think you'll have to pay the higher price for now.

Amazon.co.uk has it...but I'm not sure what the price will be after converting...will check now...

I have also seen it at Tower Records. I didn't look at the price though. I assume it's the top price.

I got it in Towers in New York, when I was there this March. It was 16 to 20 bucks, I can't really remember, but it isn't as good as the off-broadway recording, but hey, it's fun just to have.
