Bennigan's Broadway Bash TONIGHT!

well. i ended up going all alone but i had a blast so i bet you all wish you went

the food was a mexican buffet (fajitas, quesadillas, etc.) plus a really yummy sundae bar. i actually ended up sitting with Jennifer Barnhart from Q and we talked for like an hour. it was awesome! she's sooo nice. then i just kinda people watched. there weren't any major A-listers there, but there were SO many people i recognized but couldn't place. it seemed like most of the people there were broadway actors, and there were very few civilians. i also ended up talking to celia keenan-bolger from Spelling Bee and BLBC for about 1/2 an hour and she's also sooo sweet. i got some more info about BLBC that i found really helpful in understanding the plot, so i'll go post that on the appropriate thread.

all in all, a really fun night!

I went as well, WONDERFUL TIME! Wish some more folks would have shown up though! Certainly no A-Listers, but next time folks - SHOW UP. It was a great cause and wonderful time & food.

I wish I wouldve seen this post before I left work. I had totally planned on going then my friends had to back out last minute. I didn't want to go alone, props to you for going without your friends. I wish I had the self confidence. I want to hear more about what I missed. Who else was there from Ave Q?
