After reading a summary of theater awards, I am wondering, besides a Tony, which awards are the most coveted? Can they be ranked in terms of prestige? What awards do you dream of putting on your mantle?

Prestige - none of the others have much if any.
For a non profit, the smaller ones carry bragging rights, and in some cases, like an Audelco (sp?) Award, they may help in grant writing.
The ONLY value they really have is deception. For example, if Leap Of Faith won any award at all, they could advertise as WINNER BEST MUSICAL.
