Best One Hit Wonder!

Loretta Devine starred on Broadway in Fosse's last original musical "Big Deal" with Cleavant Derricks a couple of years after she left "Dreamgirls." I also saw her in a couple of shows she starred in at the Public -- George Wolfe's hit play "A Colored Museum" and "East Texas Hot Links." She's also done a lot of theatre in LA (as well as movies and tv)

Michael Jeter...(sounds familiar) Was he in The Green Mile? (BTW, wouldn't that make a great show?)

It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.” ~ Muhammad Ali

Ethel Merman. Once she was in Panama Hattie she just disappeared.
