Best Ticketmaster phone number to talk to representative

Trying to prepare for the Strieshand AMEX presale tomorrow morning I've got the app and automated express number ready to go, but will I need a code to access the presale online or will checking out with an AMEX be sufficient???

Also, dose anyone know the best phone number to use to get an actual representative on the phone instead of a computer???

You will not need a code for the AMEX presale...

There will be a AMEX preferred presale that asks for a code but the general AMEX presale will be open to all AMEX holders without typing in a code...

When using the AMEX presale, the only card you will be allowed to check out with will be an AMEX. I would suggest entering your card information online and creating a ticketmaster account if you don't have one already. You will need to do as much to buy the tickets when you try checking out so it makes sense to save the time and do it beforehand.

Getting an actual representative will take too long...The app tends to be the fastest way...

The general AMEX presale should not require a code...
