Best sites/forums for finding collaborators

Any recommendations?  I am an aspiring lyricist who would like to find a composer to work with (if even just on a trial/casual basis), but not sure where to begin.  Sorry if there is an obvious answer to this question, I don't currently work in theater.

Are you planning to pay them? Do you have demons? Connections that will take you to the next stage once something is written?

 

In my experience there are a lot of folks looking to collaborate with a composer, but unless they have something to bring to the table - money, connections, or proof of concept - there's no interest.
