#1 Bette and Boo Posted: 6/11/08 at 11:29am I know it hasn't started performances yet, but does anyone know the normal running time for 'The Marriage of Bette and Boo'. I'm trying to plan to catch a train after the show. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

#6 re: Bette and Boo Posted: 6/20/08 at 9:34pm Mrs R hated it. I thought it mildly entertainment. John Glover is basically wasted. Poster Emeritus
#7 re: Bette and Boo Posted: 6/20/08 at 10:14pm Runs roughly 2 hours. Maybe some change, too. It's a very shocking, provocative play, even today. Definitely not everyone's taste, but I will go as far as to say that it's Durang's best.
#8 re: Bette and Boo Posted: 6/20/08 at 10:19pm I can't wait to catch this one. Thanks for the heads up Yankee!
#9 re: Bette and Boo Posted: 6/20/08 at 10:24pm For the record, I haven't seen this production yet; I'm just familiar with the play itself. And from the opinions I've heard from people who have seen this production, it's still very good at polarizing audiences.
#10 re: Bette and Boo Posted: 6/20/08 at 10:28pm I don't know the running time of this performance, but if it is like all other Durang plays it will be just a little too long. It is a very difficult script to pull off, but the cast is so impressive. If THEY can't do it right, it can't be done. PEACE.
