"Big" Off-Broadway Titles#1

Hey Guys -

Random as this is, I'm wondering if any and/or all could shed some light on any "big" Off-Broadway titles. I'm looking for a show to put-up in the summer, and I'm aiming to work with a cast of roundabout 15-20 ppl. Any and all insight would be greatly appreciated. I don't care if it's old-school or contemporary, as long as the rights are knowingly available

'Big' Off-Broadway Titles#2

I don't know if you're specifying musicals or dramas, so I'm listing whatever comes to mind. Note, these have not all been Off-Broadway. Some just didn't do well on Broadway, or never even made it to Broadway, but are licensable. If I don't list the carrier, then I'm not 100% sure.

It also lists Pokemon Live, the musical, which could be a great cult audience musical...don't know if its licensable
