How early does a line form for Billy Elliot student rush tickets?

I'm going to a Sunday matinee, if that makes any difference, since I know the box office opens at 11 instead of 10.

Thanks!

Okay, so I didn't realize the student tickets were only for Tues and Wed.

Well, when does the line form for the general rush tickets?
