I think there is someone here who could tell you about it. Marc something or other. I think it was first used in the film Rose Marie with Jeanette MacDonald and Nelson Eddy.

I always love South Park movie! :) That song is one of my favorite (also La Resistance or something like that)

It was an original song written for the "South Park" film and was nominated for an Oscar that year. Robin Williams sang it on the Oscars.

Oh, "BLAME" Canada. I was thinking of the old song "SHAME Canada". I think that was the one in Rose Marie. Carry on.
