re: Blind Item on tv star wanting to be on Broadway

This blog is so cool! What's a turducken??!

I'm not sure if it's about Danza. I thought that I read that Kate McGowan was in talks to do some Broadway play? She is bossy on Charmed.

... and the "Charmed" refrence was to Alyssa Milano, who was on "Charmed" and co-stared with Danza in "Who's The Boss?"
Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.

Ahh..I see...I don't see him being in the Producers.

Did anyone else read the previous week's scoop about some Broadway blonde who was written in to some current tv show? Is that kelli O'Hara?

I posted something on this a few days ago. Tony is indeed in talks to star as Max.

Broadway blonde written into a tv show? Maybe Kelli O'Hara. I haven't heard anything, though they could be talking about Chenoweth.

This is what is said in the blog...

This Broadway blond-shell dated a famous TV producer/creator... They broke up but apparently he has "put her" in his current TV show. Friends are wondering who it is and what TV show... Only THE SCOOP knows, pumpkins!

The 'broadway blonde' is Kristin Chenoweth. She's not in the show herself, it's a character based on her. Don't you kids watch Studio 60? Harriet Hayes, the religious right actor, who is played by the wonderful Sarah Paulsen is based on Kristin Chenoweth, and her time when she dated the obsessive/compulsive druggie with the brilliant mind, Aaron Sorkin.
