Can anyone tell me which characters sing which songs in the BLOOD BROTHERS score?

I think this is right. There may be a couple songs missing....
Marilyn Monroe- Mrs. Johnstone
My Child- Mrs. Lyons and Mrs. Johnstone
Easy Terms- Mrs. Johnstone
Shoes Upon the Table- Narrator
Kid's Game- kids
Gypsies in the Wood- I think the Narrator
Bright New Day- Mrs. Johnstone and other people
2nd Act
Marilyn Monroe II- Mrs. Johnstone
That Guy- Michey and Eddie
Summer Sequence (again not really a song but is on the cd)- Narrator
I'm Not Saying a Word- Eddie
Take a Letter Ms. Jones- Mr. Lyons, Ms.Jones, Narrator People
The Robbery- Narrator, Sammy, Michey, others
Maralyn Monroe III- Mrs. Johnstone
Light Romance- Mrs. Johnstone
I forget the exact name...the mad man song- Narrator
Tell me it's not true- Mrs. Jonstone, people
Shoes Upon the table is sung another few other times by the narrator. There are afew tracks on the CD that are just dialouge. Do you want those as well?
Hope that was right and that it helps!

Thanks a bunch... huge help. I have an audition for the show-- and it's hard to tell which chracter is which from just the CD. I'm auditioning for either Mickey or Eddie. I think Mickey is a better acting role, and Eddie gets the better songs-- so it's a tough call.
I love this show. I mean, I LOVE it. Mickey is more of the central character than Eddie, but I wouldn't say Eddie gets the better songs. Really, I guess that's just a matter of opinion though.
Oh from the song list there was left out:
Sunday Afternoon/My Friend (Mickey primarily, then Eddie)
I only add that one because it's my favorite song in the show.
Micky is by far the more superior role. I love Eddie's character too (he has some fantastic lines) but Micky really has a big journey throughout the show whereas Eddie remains the same likeable character.
And Eddie doesn't get the better songs, he has about half a line more to sing but that's it. He doesn't have his own song.

Well Eddie gets "I'm Not Saying a Word" but I still say Mickey is the better role too. When I saw it in London this summer I turned to my mother at intermission and said "This isn't good, I am completely attached to Mickey, the end of this is going to do a number on me." With Mickey you get to really draw people in. He's the one the audience gets to feel like they grow up with. Everything he goes through is right out there for you to see and you feel like you're going through it too. God I love that show.
I can't even remember I'm Not Saying A Word and I have seen BB at least 7 times. When does Eddie sing it again? I need to get out my OLC Recording.

"I'm not saying a word" is sung in ACT II w/(I'm sorry, i'm blanking on the name) the love interest. My absolute favorite song from the recording.
It's a song with Linda??? Bloody hell, why don't I recall it?
EDIT TO ADD - Just found my OLC, I now remember the song
Thank you for your patience!

I melt for accents...
I would love to see this show! I play the cast recording constantly at work. I'm interested in hearing which recording folks like the best. The first one I heard was the London revival with Kiki Dee. It has more of the Narrator on it than the others I've heard and I like that. Also, how is the one with the Cassidy brothers playing the twins?
Dave
There's three recordings that I know about...my personal favorite is the London 1995 cast over the other two which you've already mentioned (the London revival cast w/Kiki Dee and the International Cast with David Cassidy/Petula Clark.) I don't mind the Kiki Dee version, but I think the International Cast is horrible. David Cassidy should never ever try and pull off that accent again in my opinion.
Agreed. The London Cast Recording from 1995 is by far the best in my opinion.

I'm glad someone brought this up, thank you! I've been meaning to look into this and just haven't for one reason or another. The only thing I've heard of it is Michael Ball's rendition of "Easy Terms"
So, 1995 OLC is what I should look for? Is that the consensus?
'So, 1995 OLC is what I should look for? Is that the consensus?'
Yes, Amasis, the 1995 OLC is the one you should be looking for because I say so! *expects a bow*

Thanks, I bought it because Barbara Dickson but was already attached to the London revival. I'll have to pay some more attention too it.
oops got that wrong 1995 was Stephanie Lawrence.
Well remember the 1995 cast is NOT the OLC. The OLC didn't have a recording. BB actually opened, closed, and re opened 3 or 4 years later in 1988 which is the revival cast (Kiki Dee) The 1995 cast is like a second recording of the revival. So it won't say OLC on it anywhere.
No problem...now go get it and report back!!
