Does anyone know if the book of Boeing-Boeing has been published just to read, and if so where it's on sale at?

Camoletti's original script (adapted by Beverly Cross) is published by Samuel French. Note that it's the ORIGINAL version and does not reflect the changes (I.E. character names and nationalities) of this current revival. The Drama Book Store has it, and samuelfrench.com also has it to order.

No, this book was not published to READ. It was published to use as a toothpaste dispenser.

I meant just to read versus getting scripts to use in a production of it, sarcasmo.
