Hi all,
I'm making a last-minute decision to go see Broadway Bares on Sunday. I have two questions:
(1) Are the tickets actually shipped by mail? I've tried purchasing them online but I'm hesitant because they ask for a shipping address and they won't arrive on time for my trip if they're mailed.
(2) Balcony or main floor?

Any tickets purchased now would be kept at will-call. The cut off date for mailed tickets is usually listed on the site. The address is for the BC/EFA mailing list.
Either spot is fine. Do you want to see the spectacle or do you want to be in the thick of it? Also, if you want to tip dancers during rotation, you will need to come down from the balcony when rotation starts and wade in.
get your ticket and have a ball!

Great, thanks! I was surprised they didn't have info more readily available about it, but this morning a small message was there describing the will call.
I decided on main floor and am really excited to see the spectacle!

Usually it is just one line on the ticketing package or checkout page that says the final date tickets would be mailed... But generally clear if you read and see it. I never pay attention anymore, so I can't tell you where it is currently written.. Sometimes added close to the mailing cut off, two weeks or so in advance.
Glad to know that you decided to join in the festivities! Which show will you be attending -9:30 or 12-ish? Main floor is fun, just remember to line up early if you aren't the tallest person. Of you are, don't be the jerk to the short folk. :)
Also, be aware that they announced no bags would be allowed in the venue this year and there will be heightened security, make sure you wear lightweight clothing because it DOES get a bit toasty on the main floor, WEAR CLOSED TOED SHOES, bring singles / small bills or be on the look out for the change boys who can exchange $20 bills for a bundle of singles for rotation, and if you think you may need to, use the restroom and grab a beverage at the bar before snagging your spot, because it will fill up and you may not be able to squeeze back in where you were.
(restrooms -- keep in mind that it is a fast turn around between shows, so they hustle you out the door during / after rotation for the 9:30 show, and the doors for midnight will open as close to 11:30 as possible, but the show may not start til 12:15 / 12:20, will run roughly 90 minutes, and then includes announcement of fundraising winners, ticket sales totals, and all that stuff.. You can leave after that, but you'll miss being able to tip dancers during rotation, so that restroom trip may be important to you for the midnight show!)
