It was a thrill to talk to Bernadette Peters and Chita Rivera about their devotion to rescue animals. So many lovely Broadway folks involved in the benefit for Sean Casey Animal Rescue. Looking forward to Broadway Barks on July 10th!

Will the event still go on with the rain and thunderstorms expected for Saturday?

Posted: 7/9/10 at 11:57pmHas anyone adopted a pet at Broadway Barks before? My family's been considering getting since we had to put our dog down a few years ago and my mom suggested adopting one tomorrow. So does anyone have any experience adopting dogs from Broadway Barks?
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.
