Broadway convinced Gov. Cuomo to renew its tax credit. Now, what about doing something about scalping?

I don't think it should be illegal for an individual to sell a ticket for more than the purchase price (within the bounds of the license granted with the purchase of the ticket). People do it all the time with real estate, rare coins, and all other kinds of investment. There's a willing seller, a willing buyer, and it's not a matter of life and death, so I don't see why the government should have a say.
