A STEADY RAIN continues to set records - for highest weekly grosses for a straight play and possibly for the highest all-time top average ticket price, for non-musical or musical play.

"ROA" really must be packing them in on the weekends, because the Mezz has been around 40% full the last few Tuesdays- and not that crowded the last time I went on a Thurs.

Really surprised that "Superior Donuts" is not doing better, given the reviews. Love the production (btw...much better now that they "tightened" up the "fight scene" )-

I would imagine they sell out or come close on Fri/Sat. Tuesday is the worst night i'm sure. And even if the mezz is half the seats (is it?), at 60% empty, that's only 300 empty seats, which when divided by the weekly capacity is only 3.75%. Since they were at around 86-90% the last few weeks, that seems about right.

I supported HAIR this week!
