[tos] did actually announce a Super Premium Ticket for something like $5000 where a drama student watches the show for you and then tells you what happens (so you don't have to attend yourself). That WAS a joke though (I assume), but was announced with a straight face on box office opening day.

As for regional productions and licensing, [tos] is already very popular with performing arts colleges and drama courses, due to the nature of the show (about the process of writing and putting on a show etc). Do a search on Youtube and you'll find plenty of drama college performances of [tos] songs on there.
