haven't had time to read the whole board to see if someone else posted it, but if you folks hadn't heard, the club in NYC called THERAPY will have Adam Flemming, John Tartaglia, and Max Von Essen as special guests on New Year's Eve...those lucky enough to live in NYC (unlike the tourists as in yours truly loving this weekend here) might want to check it out. They take reservations, not sure if Rob approves of me posting their number, but you can find it in any gay magazine or listing. THERAPY 348 West 52nd....much more fun than Times Square IMHO.

Will: They don't give out awards for helping people be gay... unless you count the Tonys. "I guarantee that we'll have tough times. can't believe there's not more interest on this Board in this. Is it BROADWAYGUY 2 who is always raving about Fleming? or maybe he doesn't post because, like me, he only gets to visit NYC. *sigh*

I would go anywhere to see Max Von Essen, but unfortunately, I have a ticket for GYPSY so I'll be there until around eleven. I can't find anything to do after that point. I certainly want to avoid the crowd at Times Square after hearing the horror stories. I may just end up going back to the hotel.

That sounds like a very fun evening. If I weren't out of the country then I'd probably go.

Everytime I hear about one of these events, I want to sell my positions, hop on a train, and move to NYC. I got the Avenue Q CD two weeks ago and I must admit I have a huge crush on John Tartaglia. Just his voice alone makes me giddy as a schoolgirl. If I look at his pic while I'm listening to him sing, I think I'd have a meltdown. Ok, now that I got that outta my system, I think he's cute and sings really well, and am totally sad I can't be up in NYC to see him sing live.

Quick correction....John, Adam and Max are guests at the Scott Nevins Presents show on December 22nd at Therapy, not at the New Year's Eve party.

hunh, that's not what the THERAPY ad in the HX (or was it Next?) mag said...it listed New Year's Eve and had pics of Tartaglia and Essen, as well as Rod the Puppet. None of Fleming. i guess call Therapy for the skinny on dates...
